Mr. Chinthaka Jayatissa
Manager – Cey Cinnamon
Chinthaka Jayatissa is a highly valuable and experienced member of the Cey Cinnamon team. With over 15 years in the plantation industry and a diverse expertise in tea, cinnamon, vegetables, and fruits, he is a significant asset.
His commitment goes beyond his primary job responsibilities to include the well-being of the entire company community.
Chinthaka exemplifies strong leadership and genuine care for the team. He actively participates in initiatives that directly benefit the employees and their families.
Being with Cey Cinnamon since its inception further underscores his commitment and essential role in the company’s growth and development.
Mr. Sahan Wijerathne
Field Officer – Cey Cinnamon
Sahan is directly engaged in the company’s core operations and on-the-ground activities as the field officer. He possesses a broad and deep understanding of the company’s operations, along with critical skills and expertise.
As a reliable and effective team member, he is capable of handling various responsibilities.
Some of the actions we have already taken are:
- Providing the school children of the families living on the land, a well balanced meals for schools
- Building a shrine room for the staff to get their daily blessings
- Free tutoring of mathematics and Sinhala language to make them better prepared for their future
